This is a very useful tool to help you determine why a food item did or didn't print on a tray ticket. If a tray ticket did not print what you expected, based on the menu and the resident's profile, this program should, minimally, be able to point you in the right direction. It can even tell you exactly what the issue is.
The following form appears.
•Select the resident from the drop down menu
•Select the cycle, week, day and meal
•Enter the item that's in question
•The findings are displayed in the box on the bottom..
When the program displays the diagnostic data, you can check the menu or profile to correct the issue.
