To set up a new database, you will first enter your cycle menu, and then enter each resident profile.

You should allow about 10 hours of data input time for each week of your menu, and about 10 minutes for each resident profile.

For a quicker start up time, you may want to have MealTracker enter your first cycle menu. Call for details.
