Under the Resident Meals tab you are able to select "General Options", "Update Selections Setting" and Select the "Thickened Liquid Setting" desired.
General Options:
From here you can
1. Select if you want to serve all acceptable condiments if checked or if unchecked, only the first acceptable condiment would be served.
2. Use scoop sizes for pureed portions. Having this checked will convert the pureed "ounces" to the equivalent scoop size.
3. Always add special requests to menus. If this is checked then Special Requests will always be shown
Update Selections Setting:
This is where you select the default choice for updating selections on tray tickets, production sheets and beverage labels.

Thickened Liquid Setting:
Choose how you want Thickened liquids displayed on Tray Tickets and Select Menus.
If you choose to "Display as a note" The thickened liquids requirement will display below the item.
If you choose to "Display as consistency modification" then it will display in front of the item.
The first tray ticket shown below is with the Thickened Liquids shown as a Note. The second as consistency modification.
