When you make this selection from the Tools Menu, MealTracker will prompt you to confirm the action. This process cannot be reversed.
Another window pops up with a warning that the action can cause data loss and that all duplicate items are removed. Confirm the action by clicking "Remove Duplicates:
MealTracker displays a progress bar. If there are any unit conversions that MealTracker cannot automatically determine, a screen displays the current "Normal", "Small", "Large" and "Other portions". Fill in the equivalent portion size for the Normal unit and MealTracker will calculate the others.
