The Production Details worksheet displays your food items with the currently assigned production job type and Base meal categories. The job types and categories are important for tallying food item in production sheets and other reports.
Use this worksheet to ensure that your items have the correct production job type and Base Meal Category.
If you want to change the job type or category you can do so by clicking the drop down menu and making your selection.
To search for a specific food item, enter the name in the search field then click search.
If you want to change multiple items at once, check the box for all the items to be modified. Then click "Edit Selected Items".
You can then change the production job type and base meal category for all of the selected items at once.
