Connect with MealTracker Support – to allow MealTracker to connect to your computer
On the Help menu, click Connect with MealTracker Support to allow our support technicians to remotely access your computer and resolve any issues you encounter.
•When asked to do so by a MealTracker support tech, click the link, which starts the Go to Assist program.
•When prompted, click Run or Open.
•At some point you are prompted to enter a session code. The MatrixCare support technician will provide this code, as well as additional information.
