This selection allows you to print all recipes associated with a cycle menu. Select the cycle days and the number of servings to scale the recipes to.
MealTracker will generate a "Recipe Book" for the days selected. You may open to view it and / or send it to your printer.
** The Recipe book is based on the food items in your database that have recipes associated with them. Anywhere you work with a food item, you have the ability to attach a recipe to that item.
If a recipe does not exist, you may create a recipe following the instructions in this chapter on creating a recipe. Then match the recipe to the food item.
