Based on a resident's profile, their food selections might be consistent throughout their stay. To save time, MealTracker retains resident food selections for future reference. If the resident profile changes, those selections are cleared to reflect the changes.
This option from Daily Tasks clears resident(s) selections for the day(s) specified, and new selections can be made. When you select Clear Resident Selections from the Daily Selections folder the following screen appears:
•Select All Residents, specific resident(s) Range of residents or resident group.
•Select the cycle.
•Select the meals you want to clear.
•Select the cycle day(s). Click the days on the calendar to clear or click Select next to a week, to clear an entire week. You can select more than one week.
•Click Clear Meals to complete the task
•The system displays a progress bar indicating the process.
