Adding a Resident Group

Add a new group:

1.To create a new group, click Add a Group.

2.Enter the name of the new group in space provided.

3.You now need to decide if you want this group within a range of rooms, specific room numbers, specific names of residents or Dining Order. Select the type of group from the drop down menu

Range:

From the drop down menu, select the first room in the range of rooms.

Select the last room number in the range from the drop down menu.

Specified Room:

Select the room numbers you want to add. Hold the CTRL key down to select multiple rooms. If you want to enter a room number in the search field to find a room.

When done Click OK to save. Those room numbers are added to the group.

Specified Resident:

Select the Sort By radio button

Select your residents. You can select multiple residents by holding the mouse button and dragging the mouse if the residents are consecutive or holding the CTRL key while selecting various residents within the list. When you're done selecting, click Add. The residents selected will then be added to the "Current Members" list. Click Create when you are done creating the group.

Dining Order:

Select the Dining Orders you want to include into this group. You can select multiple dining orders by holding down the CTRL key.

When done, click OK to save the dining orders into this group.

Statuses:

Select which type residents you want to include in the group:

All Residents

Active

Inactive

Select

 

 

To Edit an existing group:

1.Click the group you want to edit. This will highlight that group.

2.Click Edit.

3.Make your changes, when done, click OK to save the changes.

 

 

To Delete an existing group:

1.Click the group you want to edit. This will highlight that group.

2.Click Delete

3.Confirm the deletion.
